This program meets the needs of students currently in the workforce who would like to upgrade their skills and earn a degree. Students can select courses in a pathway aligned to industry careers or employers’ needs.  This degree would give students the flexibility to build their degree pathway to meet their career needs.  The flexibility of the program would allow individuals to use previous coursework, possible PLA credit and courses offered at convenient times to minimize the roadblocks to achieving a technical degree.  Employment pathways include industrial jobs that require technical aptitude including maintenance, manufacturing, troubleshooting and operations related positions.
