PTRM 150 - Drilling/Completion Operations

This course trains the student in the tasks, methods, and procedures commonly used in drilling and completing oil and gas wells including in the Appalachian Basin. Students will learn about drilling rig components and operations as well as completion techniques. Emphasis is placed upon safe operation of the systems. Hands-on training provides experience in the proper and safe use of equipment used in the drilling operation.
