This course is designed to develop students’ critical academic reading and writing in a college based setting to prepare them for their careers. Students will receive comprehensive instruction and remedial support in basic reading skills, comprehensive skills, vocabulary development, critical reading, and more. This course will introduce effective strategies to use for organizing, analyzing, and retaining material. The course is graded A#, B#, C#, D# or R. No quality points.
