CART 223 - Personnel Supervision for the Hospitality Industry 3 Credit(s) This course is a study of the supervision of personnel in the hospitality industry. Emphasis is on the role of the first-line supervisor. Topics include dealing with the time demands, people, pace, attitudes, and special problems inherent in the hospitality industry. This is a course that satisfies requirements for ACF certification.
Prerequisite(s): Satisfactory reading and writing placement test scores or ENG 097 . Pre/Corequisite(s): ENG 101
