CHEM 109 - General Chemistry II 4 Credit(s) This course is a continuation of CHEM 108 with an investigation of selected metals and nonmetals, electrochemistry, nuclear chemistry, thermodynamics, ionic equilibria, acids and bases, kinetics and an introduction to organic chemistry. The laboratory includes some semi-micro qualitative analysis as well as experiments on the above topics. Students must register for a lecture and laboratory section.
