NURS 112 - Clinical Applications in Nursing Practice 3 Credit(s) This course is designed to focus on clinical applications used by the nurse at the patient bedside. By facilitating the analysis of assessment data, selection of appropriate nursing diagnoses, patient-centered outcomes, and how medications affect the patient’s outcomes, by using the correct medical terminology to develop a patient-centered nursing concept care map plan of care.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to Nursing Program, Licensed Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse and BIO 114 , NURS 132 , NURS 133 , NURS 134 , and PSYC 105 . Corequisite(s): NURS 142 and NURS 144 Pre/Corequisite(s): BIO 115
