CIT 106 - Fundamentals of Hacking/IT Psychology and Security 3 Credit(s) This course is designed to introduce concepts of hacking computers, networks, and web applications from the perspective of a hacker with hands on labs and exercises to truly experience the emerging threats of cybersecurity and their mitigations. Includes the introduction for various cyber security trends and pathways such as network security, application security and policy management.
Prerequisite(s): CIT 184 and CIT 220 Pre/Corequisite(s): Satisfactory reading and writing placement or ENG 097 or ENG 101 .
