CHEM 108 - General Chemistry I

This course is the first semester of a two-semester sequence in general college chemistry. The course is a study of the metric system, scientific mathematics, atomic structure, chemical bonding, gases, solution and chemical equilibrium. This course includes both a lecture and lab component.

Prerequisite(s): Satisfactory reading and writing placement or ENG 097.
Pre/Corequisite(s): ENG 101 and satisfactory math placement or MATH 101 or MATH 108 or MATH 115
