ART 150 - Art Appreciation 3 Credit(s) This course examines the visual and cultural factors which make up a work of art. The first part of the course concentrates on ways of relating to art as a visual language. The second part deals with art in its historical context. Emphasis is placed upon learning to see how human ideas and values are expressed visually.
Pre/Corequisite(s): Satisfactory reading and writing placement test scores or ENG 097 or ENG 101 .
