PAL 265 - Real Estate Law

3 Credit(s)
This course will provide students with an understanding of the intricacies of real estate, both residential and commercial. The course will examine the technology used in the real estate market and give the student a step-by-step formula to transactions used. Additional topics covered will be residential closing forms and processes, adverse possession, and personal property coverage of fixtures, loans, surveys, title insurance, and leasing.

Prerequisite(s): At least a C in PAL 201  or permission of the program director.
